If you are a car enthusiast, you’ll want to make sure you are in Ocean City, NJ this weekend.
The 43rd annual Ocean City Classic Car and Street Rod Show begins on Friday, September 8th at 1:00 pm. The show will feature a display of modified cars 30 years and older on the Tabernacle grounds, 550 Wesley Ave., until 6:00 pm before proceeding to 13th & Asbury Ave. for the first ever Sock Hop Block Party featuring live music and games, and Street Rod Display. Dine on food from Johnny B. Good and Boyar’s Market. Cars will be displayed until 8:00 pm.
On Saturday, September 9th, cars will return to the Tabernacle grounds from 8:00 am – 12 noon and then will proceed to the boardwalk to be displayed from 6th – 14th Streets from 12 noon – 4pm. Ocean City’s Corvette Show was recently listed among the Top 5 Corvette Shows in America. One of the largest shows of its kind in the East, it takes place on Sunday, September 10th, where over 350 cars (models from every year Corvettes were manufactured) will be exhibited. See the display on the boardwalk from 6th – 14th Streets. from 11:30 am – 4 pm. The show will be held rain or shine.
